Zafame App Privacy Policy

This policy covers the Zafame Android app (Zafame: Get Followers & Likes). The app is run by Zafame. Our website privacy policy covers zafame.com.

What the app collects

• Device data: a one-way hash of your device ID, the device model, Android version and app version. We use it to run your guest account, stop one device from creating many accounts, and fix crashes.
• Email address, only if you sign in. We use it to send sign-in codes and to keep your boosts tied to you.
• Public links and usernames you enter to start a boost or track a profile, and the public numbers we look up for them (followers, posts, profile photo, post cover image).
• Coin and order history: coins earned and spent, and the boosts you start.
• Purchases made through Google Play. Google handles payment; we receive the purchase status, never your card details.
• Notification token, if you allow notifications, to tell you when a boost starts or finishes.
• Text you type into AI tools (captions, hashtags, bios), to produce the result.
• Support messages you send in the in-app chat.
• Device integrity result from Google Play Integrity, to block emulators and modified apps from earning coins.

What we never collect

We never ask for your social media password, and the app never logs in to your social accounts. Boosts and the profile tracker work only from public links.

Who we share it with

• Google AdMob shows the rewarded videos. AdMob may collect your advertising ID, IP address and ad interactions under Google's privacy policy. In the EEA, UK and Switzerland we ask for consent first, and you can change it any time in Profile, Ad privacy choices.
• Google Play processes purchases and the integrity check.
• Expo and Firebase Cloud Messaging deliver notifications.
• Anthropic processes the text you type into AI tools to write the result.
• Delivery partners receive the public link or username of a boost, and nothing else about you.
• Spotlight: if you switch Spotlight on for a boost, other app users can see that public post or profile and the service being boosted. Never your email or coins.

We do not sell personal data.

How long we keep it

We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete your account we remove your email, coins, saved and tracked profiles, notification tokens and Spotlight entries straight away. Order records are kept for accounting and fraud prevention, without your email.

Delete your account

In the app: tap your photo at the top, then Delete my account. Or follow the steps on our account deletion page.

Children

The app is not meant for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

Security

Data travels over HTTPS and every coin rule is checked on our servers.
