Delete your Zafame app account

You can delete your Zafame app account at any time, with or without the app installed.

In the app

1. Open the Zafame app and tap your photo at the top of the screen.
2. Scroll to Delete account and tap Delete my account.
3. Type DELETE and confirm. Your account is deleted straight away.

Without the app

Email hello@zafame.com from the address you signed in with, with the subject "Delete my Zafame app account". We delete it within 7 days and reply to confirm.

What is deleted

• Your email address and sign-in
• Your coin balance and any Pro coins not yet used
• Saved and tracked profiles
• Notification tokens
• Your posts in Spotlight

What is kept

Records of boosts already placed (service, public link, date) are kept without your email for accounting and fraud prevention. Boosts already running still finish. A Pro subscription is managed by Google Play: cancel it in Google Play, Payments and subscriptions, so you are not charged again.
