Child safety standards
Last updated: October 22, 2026
Zafame has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child sexual abuse material (CSAM). These standards apply to zafame.com and to the Zafame Android app (Zafame: Get Followers & Likes).
What is not allowed
- Any content that sexualises, exploits or endangers a minor, including images, video, links and text.
- Using Zafame to promote, boost or share any profile or post that contains such content.
- Grooming, solicitation or any attempt to contact a minor for sexual purposes.
How the app limits risk
- The app is not meant for anyone under 13.
- There is no private messaging between users. The only shared content is Spotlight, which shows public links that users choose to share.
- Every Spotlight card has a Report button. Reports are kept for our team to review, and a card reported by 3 users is hidden automatically.
- Our team can remove any Spotlight card and block any account or device at once.
How to report a concern
- In the app: tap Report on the Spotlight card, or open Profile, Support chat.
- By email: hello@zafame.com with the subject "Child safety report".
What we do with a report
We remove the content from Zafame, permanently block the account and device involved, and report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and to the relevant national authorities, as the law requires. We cooperate with law enforcement requests.
